I don't know why, but the wind turbine and the wind generator don't work because of something. Please help me figure out why, screenshots attached. I am playing on minecraft 1.12.2, ic2 version 2.8.103-ex112

yes, you can see it on the screen. I tried it the other way as well - didn't work

Having double checked, it's definitely backwards. The axle in the middle of the side you can see in https://i.imgur.com/nCx34yK.png is meant to face the wind turbine. You can tell the back and front apart by that axle, as the power bolt will appear in the empty space on the back that the front texture doesn't have.
