Hi, I would very much like to tweak the energy generation for "new" BC fuels, but I have no idea where to find/how to create a recipe/.ini file for the semifluid generator or how to modify it correctly afterwards. I've had a hard time finding examples of how to edit the recipes in ic2 anywhere and for the most part it seems ic2 gives an example of the format of the *.ini files inside the files themselves, however not for the semifluid generator. If anyone knows how to fix this I'd really appreciate the help
How to tweak energy generation semifluid generator (industrialcraft-2-2.8.221-ex112)

As far as I can tell, the set of fuels from the config is hard-coded, so there is no recipe/ini file for adding fuels e.g. from the updated BuildCraft. However, CraftTweaker provides a way to add fuels for the semi-fluid generator: https://docs.blamejared.com/1.…aker/Semi-Fluid_Generator

But it only sets EU/t output, without duration/total output.
I had the same question not long time ago and ended up modifying the hardcoded values themselves with a Recaf tool.

Yeah, I see the problem there. Since it takes a fluid stack, which as I understand it can include a quantity and not just the type of fluid, I thought maybe that could somehow control the duration/total output, but the documentation doesn't help much with that, and looking through the CraftTweaker code for MC 1.12 on GitHub, I have been unsuccessful at finding this function to confirm or deny. The old MineTweaker3 documentation supports this, but is still a bit vague: http://minetweaker3.powerofbyt…pport#Semifluid_generator
