Ты питаешь все машины высоким напряжением? Не проще ли подключить всё через понижающий трансформатор? Апгрейды обходятся дороже.

How to fix?
macerator.ini находится внутри Jar файла Industrial Craft 2, извлеки его оттуда и помести в /config в подпапку /ic2 (если там папки нету, создай её).
Открой конфиг, найди там рецепт для оригинального кварца и, ориентируясь на него, напиши ниже рецепт для кварца из AE2.
