Uhm, he's showing off the usage of construction foam + painter, implemented in IC² 1.23, which was released a few days ago.

I feel like a bit of an idiot haha. This is what happens when your dedicated to a texturepack that is so broken it does not even show you colors

This is the main reason why i use Construction Foam.
