The setup you created isn't bad at all. It would, in fact, be a good reactor design for a beginner.
However, if you are looking for more efficiency and have enough resources, I would suggest taking a look at my second reactor design. It adds 2 more Reactor chambers than yours and has a few more of each item in the design. It's a Mark 2-7, which means that it'll continually generate EUs for 7 whole cycles and at 50 EU/t. So long as you're not automatically refilling it for 8 or more times in a row, you should be fine. This is a safe and pretty efficient design that I would recommend.

I'd like to point out that the cooldown time listed is per cycle. So the cooldown required for running that design for 9 consecutive cycles would be 9 x 13 mins.

Very cheap is mk1 outputs 20 eu/tick at 2 eff.
From what I'm experiencing around with reactors best EU/t safe reactors are Mark II ones in pairs. The one posted above by dezuman becomes a great reactor if reproduced four times alternating two by two. So you get 120 EU/t while a pair of reactors are cooling.

Thats fine for someone low on resources, but its a horrible design. Low eff + low output 
eff is good for mk1 and it outputs more eu/cost than having a 6 chamber reactor. Its not a horrible design at all. You can easily make several of these due to lowcost and make more eu than a single expensive reactor can.
You can make like 4 reactors for almost the same cost as making dezumans mk2 reactor. My 4 reactors would produce double what dezumans reactor would make at cost of some eff.

I guess you're right, but making that many reactors is kinda expensive. Of course why do I care.

Its as expensive as making that 6 chamber 60eu/tick (40 average) mk2 reactor dezuman made so i dont see any problem there.
