Hey all, After going through most of this thread and the already posted setups, I came up with this.
It's still the first generation and I'm not really happy with the HD placement as is, aka there are a couple connected to each other.

Reason I have such an odd number of chambers has 2 reasons, 1st is resources ofc , 2nd is I'm using this reactor in a multi core setup so it saves me stacks of reinforced stone because reactors can now share water blocks this way =) Hope it makes sense.

As for the Specs

Reactor Mk II-1

Total Output - 20M EU
Active EU/t - 100 EU/t
Effective EU/t - 70.7 EU/t
Efficiency - 2.5

Reactor Mk. II-1

Hope this reactor is up to par =)

Extremely cheap (one core, two dispensers), very effective. If wired to switch off when energy storage is full, capable to cover early/mid game needs without exploding.

Separate thread would be better way to get feedback, i think. And as about this models, it is not very bad, there are many flaws. For once, 4 dispensers in corners and 4 in central row are useless - just remove them and reactor will work even better.

I Only knew 1 reacter design now I know a load
