Support Request: FAQ solution did not resolve my issue. Unable to log into server with IC2 properly installed.

My server is running ok with BC 2.x and IC2

When I try to log into the server with my client I get the message

You are missing the following Mods Industrial Craft 1.43

Using a fresh inststall of everything. I still get this message. So I need to install IC2 first, run the server, then add on Buildcraft? Or both at once ok?

Do you have IC2 version 1.43 installed on both the server AND client?

I don't know how the mods are detected, probably with a checksum, made with the IC2.jar. So just redownload, maybe the .jar is somehow corrupted.

modloader detects local mods; modloadermp compares notes between client and server; both are used by Forge which is required.

If you can load a single player world with IC2 stuff then you probably just have the wrong version somewhere.
