What is the average time it takes for a rubber sapling to grow into a rubber tree?

I put up a farm of six rubber trees and the first one grew in ~5 minutes. Two of them didn't grow at all in 15 minutes so I suggest using bonemeal.

I had one that grew the minute I planted it :o
