yes, but in that case don't install the latest forge version, i think you will need version 67.
You may have downloaded the wrong Forge for that, because the "recommended" link is most likely the wrong one.

this is my mod loader.txt now but it still hangs on the done loading screen and the trouble starts when i install forge (recommended version)
Just a question you looked at the public-releases-thread?
You installed all the mods in the right order? (Modloader, ModloaderMP, Forge)
If that didnt work, try newer 2.X Forgeversions or you have to wait until RichardG responds.

He said (and you saw on Modloader.txt) that Forge is not even loading (IC² is not even in his mods-folder)
when i install ML and MLMP it works fine but when i install forge it screws up 
in what order did you install the modloader, modloadermp and forge?
