As for ComputerCraft, you can use ccSensors for reactor monitoring.

If I understand you correctly, you have alarm-default.ogg in your resources\newsound\ic2nuclearControl forder with 60260 bytes size. Am I right?
How is it not working?
- playing old sound
- it doesn't play any sound
- clent doesn't start

Unfortunatelly still can't reproduce. The only known situation, when GUI shouldn't open is sneak+right click. I'll be happy if you can provide any additional information, how to reproduce this problem.
