Help with ic2

O___O im having a hard time installing the ic2 into the mc server......im not using hamachi or anything ._. only LAN

Its so simple to install it on Server:

- Unpack Forge into a Folder
- Open minecraft_server.jar with the free version of WinRAR
- Click on "add to Archive" (warning Functionname translated from german Version)
- Browse into the unpacked Forgefolder
- Select all the content with "Ctrl+A" and press "OK"

Now you have a complete minecraft_server.jar

- Run it once and you get the "mods"- and the "config"-folder
- Copy your configfolder in the Clientversion to the Serverconfigfolder
- Copy all the Serverversions of your mods from your "Downloads"-folder into the modsfolder (in case of Computercraft you need to unzip it, before dropping it into the "mods"-folder

winrar diagnostic messages: 'minecraft_server.exe archive is corrupted'

I have tried putting anything and everthing into the server jar. I already know how to use winrar and im very familiar with it and it is very simple program to use. I'm able to put mods on to the minecraft jar client with little or to no effort, with or without instructions, and make them work correctly throught trial error. Although, instructions are nice. The main problem with most mods is non-coheraent information from various websites/videos on how to make mods work correctly an effectivey. Because the instructions given by the repective owners of these mods are not correct due to various changes and/or out of simple laziness or there is to many difficulties with the changing of the dependiences. For me it was difficult just to get IC2 to work with the amount of instructions and avaiblity of various dependiences (modloader, forge, minecraft 1.2.4/1.2.5). Because of the instructions given by various ppl and incorrectness of it i ended up saying, "F*** it" more then once thought about it while playing minecraft and came up with idea's which then lead me to skydaz and installing IC2 installer. And with no problem got it working took 5 mins. 10 if you count the download time (slow interent, slower then walmart o_0). As apposed to 10hrs collectively between loading videos, reading forums and going over instructions more then i care to count. Now the problem that im having is simple I do not know how to get IC2 working on a server, but it works on single player i have looked at the instructions on how to install IC2 more then as i said care to count. When i follow the instructions tooth and nail i come up with a what appears to be a ID confliction and to answer your question that you no doubt have im not running any mods. The ID confliction is 249 which is "copper ore", and i do not know what it could be possibly conflicting with but as soon as i take out the IC server jar from the client side mods folder in roaming it works singleplayer obviously. But if the IC server jar is there minecraft all together does not work and as i said is a ID confliction.I have tried changing ID from random #'s between 0-255 and gave up. Then quickly went to minecraft and grab a and it a in the face with it ^w^! Then everything it was glorious and loudly exclaimed/quoted, "DAMN YOU OLD MAN!" -Bender. As you can see i was frustrated, any help in plain simple terms that actually work would be most helpful or a link to a site that could offer help videos are highly unpreferable.
