When you search for stuff in NEI it shades the content of your inventory (unless it matches those terms), I personally find this rather annoying. While I can understand why, however I am not one to loose things in my inventory very often so is there a way to turn it off?
Pretty offtopic I know, but then this is the "offtopic" forum :P. And I figured most people who use IC2 also use NEI.

Dont search Stuff there, know where the items are.

Double-click on the search box. It should turn from yellow-gold into grey-ish. That should fix it.
