Change in how wrenchs remove and turn blocks

  • I for one have constantly been plagued by me trying to turn a msfu due to a change in my power array design only to have my wrech decide to break the msfu thus losing all power stored inside. I suggest that the wrench be slightly redesigned in order to prevent mishaps such as this. for example right click would be devoted to turning machines while breaking the block (via left click) break the block like normal. With this the annoyance of losing hard earned energy due to the wrench having a mind of its own would be eliminated.

  • The way that wrenches work is that they turn to the side that you click on, and if the side that you click on is an output face it will dismantle it, in the event that you already understood that, just take your time with clicking the right side in order to deter mishaps such as this from happening, I don't see any change in wrench code needed here unless I am missing something

Is the answer to this question no?

  • I understand that's how its supposed to work but often due to server lag the it just outright dismantles it instead. I try being very careful with my switching of direction as a mishap could cause my machines to become a touch explosive. I merely saying that it could be averted if there were different keys for each there for the server would get confused from lag.
