I think that was denied already, so your Effort couldve been saved by running a quick Search with the term "Large Machines".
True. large machines were denied because they give more lag in comparison with one block machines. Even for the sake or realism, no more large machines will be implemented.

I believe the wording was "If Large machines are done wrong, they lag a lot more than 1 block machines"
Not exactly an expert, but if you ask me the Coke Furnace from Rail Craft would lag a lot more than the bloomery from TerraFirmaCraft.
