IC2 creates its configuration file in %appdata%\config\ instead of the .minecraft subdirectory =)

Whoops, forgot the working directory wouldn't be the .minecraft directory. Submitting a fix, thanks for the report.

Actually my config file appears on my desktop.

Mine is in my users/killerbeez/downloads folder. lol

My IC2.cfg is in a config folder in my User/Username/Downloads folder
And if I move it to .minecraft/config it still regenerates a new config file in my downloads folder

Mine ended up on my desktop, didn't matter though since I was ONLY using IC2
