  • I just downloaded Industrial Craft 2 for 1.3.2, and it is crashing just after the Mojang screen.

    My guess is that either IC2 or an incompatibility between IC2 and another mod is causing the crash, because in the crash report, all the other mods say "Unloaded->Constructed->Pre-initialized," while it says "Unloaded->Constructed->Errored" for Industrial Craft 2, and I only crash while IC2 is in my mods folder.

    If anyone can help me either get this working with the current mods, or let me know which of these mod(s) is(are) incompatible with IC2, it will be greatly appreciated. If I forgot any mods, I'll update this post.

    I have no idea what most of the stuff in the crash report means, so that's why posted it here. Thanks for the help :thumbup:. I'll remove that mod and try again. It's a very boring dimension right now anyway...

    On a semi-related note, is IC2 compatible with BuildCraft?

  • from pervious versions yes it is...
    tho i think there is a error with the new IC2
    im not even able to start MC with IC2 in mods folder ....
    try taking out IC2 and see if it works then ....
    if i get help with my error ill pass it along and maybe it will work for you as well

    Awesome! These are the two mods that I have been looking forward to the most, but they both only recently updated (BuildCraft isn't even a full release for 1.3.2 yet...)

    Yup. I know next to nothing about Halo 4's story though (which is a good thing. Spoilers ruin all the good parts). If you will be looking for people to play with, you could send me a friend request. My gamertag is the same as my username.

    Back on topic: BuildCraft and/or IC2 isn't compatible with MineFactoryReloaded and Ropes+. I removed those, and so far, so good!

    cause of me being smart and skillful i had 4 other systems (computers and a laptop), on 3 of these systems i got the same errors but i managed to get it working on my laptop and it managed to start cleanly... any way if you want i have upload a clean copy of mineforge, and IC2
    its virus free but if i was you i would still run a virus check
    just copy it to your %appdata% location

    I got it working already. All I had to do was remove the two mods that I mentioned before, and then it worked.
