Burnable registration bugged (inactive actually)

Since this rubber saplings, cacti reeds scrap bukets and some other stuff cannot be burned for heat\energy.

You shoud know where problem is it all inside single function.

it just lack interface declaration and registration, everything else is fine.

it wont work properly due to

if (var1 == Item.bucketLava.shiftedIndex) return 20000;

this like cannot be overriden without method hook-reflection, your line with lava override will never be reached.
