[1.06] Batteries Sometimes Don't Stack

1: Crafted two batteries
2: Waited for more tin to smelt
3: Crafted two more batteries

First two batteries stack with each other, second two batteries stack with each other, but if I mix them, they refuse to stack.

4: Crafted two more batteries again

These new batteries will stack with two of the others, but not with the other two.

I did nothing with the batteries. Just used right-click to pull both of them out of the crafting table at the same time and put them in my inv until I had the tin smelted to make more.

Weird, I've never seen it happen before and neither have any of my players, and we play a looooooooooooot haha. The only bug I've seen that is similar to this is that in the past few versions, right clicking didn't pick up the entire stack that you were crafting, you'd still have to right click once for every battery. That's fixed though.
