But how the he** do you manage to make a reactor without wiki being updated?!
Search all over and came up wit nothing, found a link in one of the threads to a russian site but couldnt manage to find how to make overclocked heat vents there 
Tried to figure it out from the "leaked" blueprint aswell but no luck on heat vent. I understand is as 4 Iron and 4 Reforged iron with nothing in the middle but that recipe doesnt work... Chewing my nails off here.. Any tips?
since i haven't updated to 1.3.2 i can't directly answer your question, but i think Craftguide should do the trick. it's a nice, little, violet book that shows you any blueprint you want, even secret recipes if you've enabled it in the IC2 config.
Read the stickies. They explain what the components do and I believe how to make them. Or use NEI. It's a really useful mod.
I recommend installing NEI, but only because I've never really used Craftguide.
