ok well i have 2 main problems with my reactor the first, i dont understand how do i make my integrated heat dispenser from what i understand is i need cooling cell/coolant cell but i only know how to make the 10k 30k and 60k cells.
now my 2nd problem is that when i put the uranium cell/s inside the reactor it does nothing plz help me if u know anything about those bug.

You have to apply a direct redstone signal to the reactor, I'm pretty certain that was stated in that thread
EDIT: It was even bolded, just skimming through it, it's hard to miss

"integrated heat dispenser" are the old version of nuclear reactors, so no you cannot craft those anymore in the new version.
