Have you seen this before, can't get it to go away. Minecraft 1.3.2 using MultiMc - Optifine and a few others.

Are there any controls using those keys? Or is the problem that there are no other controls using those keys?

They're in the list more than once

Maybe you got 2 industrialcraft.jars in mods folder and FMl doesn't identify them as clone. But the keys should work, becouse they are not deactivated.

Looking at the picture again it doesn't show it all. Optifine uses LControl for zoom and IC2 uses it for boost. Not sure about the other keys. No other jars in this instance. I try to reasign them but they just go back.
I just build my first nuclear reactor and it started a meltdown. Ha! It got up to about 8762 before I was able to turn it off. Then I wouldn't cool down. I learned a few things. Nothing like just in time. I thought I was building a safe one so I built it in my house.

It is MultiMC that does it i think.
I don't have this problem if open MC with normal launcher. [I do use optifine] -
