Just wondering if anyone has run both mods together and tried making an integrated flying factory that runs while flying...

Considering Zeppelin mod is dead... No.
Besides Zeppelin and Tile entity blocks (Like machines) where like oil and water.

Use redpower frames instead. You won't really be able to run the factory while in flight, but It'll fly, at least.

Yeah, I had grand plans of a flying Aether base with frames but Aether is kinda dead again...
