Energy Not Generating

Forge, modloader, and IC2 successfully installed, running on Windows 8, MC version 1.4.7

No machines generate energy. Solar Panels, Nuclear Reactors, and Generators do not generate any energy, regardless of wiring or configuration. Not sure if there is an install file I missed, or installation was incorrect. Other aspects (Mining Laser, Nuke) work fine. Copper, Tin, and other IC2 blocks are easily located.

Re-installed without ModLoader, Reactor turns on with redstone, but does not output energy. Solar Panels and Generators still do not generate any energy.

Maybe it will help if you post the ForgeModLoader log, located in the .minecraft-Folder, it will may help to solve your problem.

It doesn't appear that IC2 is being recognized, did you put the 1.4.7 version in the mods folder?

Might be the wrong FML log? This one says you have no mods installed at all.

Edit: Oh, and I just remembered: use a pastebin for long text people only need to look at once or twice.

In addition, are you new to modding? (Being that Forge is creating all the folders, configs, and downloading their .jars)
The IC2.jar must be in the mods folder. (Not the API! Don't download it!)

I used the Skydaz IC2 mod installer. If there is a better way to install, please tell me (I don't mod very much at all). I also have the IC2 Jar file in my Mods folder.

Well, I'm doing it the old-fashioned way using only vanilla Minecraft.
1) Download Forge universal from http://files.minecraftforge.net.
2) Extract it.
3) Go to %appdata%\.minecraft\bin and open up minecraft.jar with something like 7-Zip or WinRar by right-clicking on it and doing stuff.
4) Delete META-INF folder.
5) Drag Forge files into minecraft.jar. Leave the newly created META-INF folder.
6) Close everything, run Minecraft to test.
7) Download IC2, and put it into %appdata%\.minecraft\mods
Close everything, run Minecraft to test.

Tried it, replaced the old .jar in the Mods folder. Still no energy generation

Ok, now that's weird. Forge's saying that it loaded IC2. Try a newer Forge like .518.
Also, is that the full Forge log? (Mine usually has all this ServerStartingEvent and stuff)
