Since it so annoying to transport eu through long distances and its impossible to teleport across dimensions, you should make a teleport cable wich has different frequencies and it lets you choose if it's sending or receiving eu. This could made of one nether star(for balance) in the middle and 6 detector cables on the top and bottom. This recipe will make 6 or so teleport cables. For balance purpose's it could have a 7% or so eu loss as it teleports.

I think Teleport cables were denied before. But you could use Railcraft for long-range EU Lines.

Or Ender Chests with automated Item rotations to switch out empty/full batteries...

Or EU -> MJ -> EU conversion system with tesseracts to teleport energy.
If i'm not wrong energy teleportation is denied for vanilla IC². -
