Impossible, because what UE does is change Wither to Radiation Sickness.

So blocking radiation sickness will block wither, which will probably not be implemented.

I was expecting simcity 2013 to be similar but... E.A GAMES! Greed in everything! (the sound when you started a EA game back in the day, PS2 or similar)

I miss SC4, been months since I played. Waited for SC2013, (still can't afford it) and it turns into a pile of ****. It's no wonder that EA is the most despised company in America 2 years in a row.

Yes, Sim City 2013 is pretty awfull, but many people bought it, mainly because of bad reviewers and even badder popular german YouTubers playing it. And most people, in fact, don't even know about Sim City 4, so they don't know how much better 2013 could be. And the new Leadbox Engine is something I would never use again.
