Trying to make a (private) modpack.....problems.

Okay for starters Im not to fancy on how to make modpacks to begin with, but I've been throwing things together and am having problems. Can someone tell me what this means.

run server with only ONE mod if it wont run, post error log again, obviously this is compatability issue with some other mod.
