Your Reactor Design is crap. My Default Idiotproof Reactor Design looks like this:

Do you have the most recent Version, where I fixed the 5 times too large EU-Output of all the Cells?
yep i play with the fixed version and i dont really understand the new reactor system

With 4 quad thorium cell in this set up( picture) can keep up 4 ( ! ) steam turbine at 100% which means this system outputs 200 EU/t instead of the original 64 EU/t output. BUT
4 steam turbine costs 664 steel and 4 rotor 396 which is 1060 over all ~16 stacks. The rotors wear out after 40 hours and the fuel last 14 hours. So i think the steam power is pretty balanced. -
Thats a glitch, but I dont think GT causes it.Change the BC IDs in the config.

The industrial centrifuge doesn't work right. Despite all centrifuging recipes being enabled in the config, the machine doesn't centrifuge soulsand, rubberwood and most of the other stuff. Only thing i've been able to centrifuge was endereye dust.
try to put cells or cans into the upper left slots

Hey i found an annoying bug!
When you start crate thorium cell u only can crate used ones.
So the "fresh ones" can't be used to craft quad cells. -

Let me introduce my Hayoish Rubber Farm Beast!
Big ,complex (maybe ugly too) but effinicent! The whole farm running on Eu electricity! 2 generators generate the enegy from burning the Carbon cells ( not all of them thats why byproduct too). it has automatic shut down when the buffer is full ( buffers and translocators are awesome btw )
Main product:Rubber ( of course )
Byproduct: Methane cell, Plantballs, Compressed plants, Rubber tree sapling, some Carbon cell and sand
Some resources needed to run: Dirt, Fertilizer (the forestrystuff), Tin (for tincells)It's is connected to a Gregtech type sorting machine.

i put items in the transcator's filter (for ex. cobble) but it still transfer every iten not just the cobble
is it my noobish or something else?btw when u remove the translocator its drop every item from the filter and u r able to duplicate

the buffer send out redstone singnal so it turn off machines if it full -
It would be nice if slowginder and slag generator automaticly put out the scrap next to a inventory(chest)

suggestion:
industrial macerator: this avanced machine can fully separate the stone from ores so you get 3 dust after 1 ore
maybe crafted from a 1 computercube+ind.centri.+2 macerator+2advenced cur.+advanced machine -
I believe that's an error with IC2's API and not this mod - if you can't load your world back up one solution is to change the block id in this mod's config file, load it back up, then change it back (although this will make you lose the machines but you can NEI them back in) In anycase I don't think it can be fixed until IC2 updates.
