I'm having the exact same problem. I can see the machines in the NEI, and I can cheat them in, but it will not give me the recipe for them. Considering I run a server, this is really annoying.
I've disabled the hidden recipe thing in the config, and I do have NEI addons installed. Still not getting the recipes.

Nope, Railcraft change. All fuel burns for the same time no matter how hot the boiler is, but the boiler will produce more steam the hotter it is up to it's maximum temperature.

It was working #1 with Thermal Expansion 2 energy cells, that's why I'm asking why it doesn't work anymore, maybe something to add in the code that changed...
There's the thing, Thermal Expansion 2. TE3 changed the code from the ground up, and it is therefore completely expected for it not to work. Right now TE barely has an API anyway, so I doubt we'll get support any time soon.

Here I got a serious problem, I'm starting to build some energy array using the new Thermal Expansion 3 energy cells and the energy sensor kit doesn't do anything when I click on any model of the new energy cells from Thermal Expansion 3...
Energy sensor kits were only designed for IC2's energy storage. Anything TE3 related with Nuclear Control is a lie, we've not has an update to Nuclear Control when TE's even been in beta.
I wrenched my low voltage windmill and accidentally wrenched it out into item form, but the rotor didn't drop Can I have a new carbon rotor, as it must be a bug that wrenching and getting the turbine back doesn't give you the rotor too.

How can it be that except for the People using this Forum anyway, no one gives a fucking shit about stuff here in the IC² Forum, but if a FTB Dev is accussed of some Kind of evil witchery, he and other are immideatly here to defend themself? Is FTB using a Mind Controll Facility? Are they the NSA? Do they hire People to watch every offtopic post in this Forum on the end of the Internet?
They're not the NSA, but probably buy some of the stole info off them FTB has a much bigger, more protective fan base than IC2. That and our forums have mods which have fun :PX2

1 lapis costs 2432 mB of UUM to make, which means over 4 million EU per lapis even WITH scrap. Unless your reactor generates billions of EU per cycle (which is not possible) this doesn't work.
