Welcome to Advanced Machines UUUMA (Unnerfed Unbuggy Updated Machines Again).
Direct Download link - Curse page
Requires only IC2, but JEI is recommended too.A patch for these crashes is now available.
A set of Induction Furnace-like machines for macerating, extracting, compressing, metal forming, recycling and washing.
Just like Immibis's version, these are plain Induction Furnace equivalents. No nerfs have been been added, but they do have 2 upgrade slots each like the Induction Furnace.Rotary Macerator:
Has two output slots.Singularity Compressor:
Has one output slot.Centrifuge Extractor:
Cells aren't really cells at all but treetaps.
Has three output slots.Thermal Washer:
Has 3 output slots. Do not insert water into an empty hot thermal washer.Compacting Recycler:
Has one output slot. Can also make scrapboxes from 9+ scrap.Impellerized Roller:
Has one output slot.Liquescent Extruder:
Has 3 output slots.Water-Jet Cutter:
Has 1 output slot. Requires water.TODO:
- Update extractor crafting recipe image
- Canning Machine
- Thermal Centrifuge
- Blast Furnace?
- Fermenter?
- Maybe bring back array generators depending whether they're really wanted.
- Get some new textures
All made using the new ITeBlock and XML GUI system if any budding addon devs want a fairly simple example.
- Update extractor crafting recipe image

There's two ways GUIs are made in IC2 internally, one uses XML files (that can be modified by resource packs) which makes JEI support quite simple, and the other is closer to how Minecraft normally does it (that can't be modified via resource packs) which requires JEI recipes to be made manually.
Doing them manually is a bit of a pain, and ideally all of them will be able to use XML files eventually, so that's why only certain machines have JEI support. Most of the main ones do have it though, it's only slightly more obscure things like the fermenter that still need it.

It's a bug, the tooltip forgets to take into account insulation for all the cable types.

Basically yeah. The electrolyzer should be more useful in the future as it will allow more than just a different form of EU storage, but for the time being it's not all that useful. Might add hydrogen to the semi-fluid generator temporarily or something like that to at least make the electrolyzer do something useful.

Whilst there is one in there you never need to touch that one. The config file you want should be in the config folder (which is in the same place as the mods and logs folders).
-
Not really, no. Machine recipes had to wait for JEI to have the fix, and nothing really could be done before that was added (which it was done, but in 1.9.4). You could always ask Mezz nicely to see if he'll back port it, but it's unlikely given how old 1.8 is now.
-
Probably because the logic to consume 1 item at once is quite simple (and already implemented for other things) whilst the logic to use 9 if it's a certain one but 1 if it's a different one is less so (and isn't). Especially if estebes didn't feel like doing it.
-
The remaining 3 slots are for recipes that might need them in the future, as you could fit up to 5 tanks around it and still be able to power it.
As for producing EU, you'll have to wait until something uses oxygen or hydrogen... The processing tree isn't finished yet.
-
They should accept redstone blocks and lapis blocks, which if they don't means it is broken. But they should do.
-
They're quite simple, they're automatic refillers for the RSH and LZH Condensators. The 9 slots are for redstone (if it's an RSH Injector) and lapis (if it's an LZH Injector) blocks, which will be used to repair the equivalent condensators if they're more than 85% used in an adjacent reactor. Of course this is much less efficient than the normal repair recipe (and it also takes 1000 EU per refill), but such is the price of having it done an easy way.
-
The 5 output slots aren't really output slots at all, but indicators of which fluid will go into which tank. It now needs tanks touching it on the right sides for the fluids to actually go into (like a kind of multiblock). Oxygen and hydrogen both need textures (which is why they're missing icons in the GUI), and the upgrade options haven't be changed for what it does now.

No. There is evidence that at least one of those translators is using machine translator.
Here is a copy of latest language file that I made for BTM16.2 months ago. I spent one hour to update it to latest and double checked just now.
Sorry if my language makes anyone feel bad, but I could not tolerate machine translation.Included in IC2 2.6.62, thanks too

Where's the best place to find updates to the recipes?
Probably JEI, as the wiki is only up to date if people keep updating the recipes when they change, JEI is always right for the version of IC2 it's running with. -
I proofread your translation file (with a lot of errors)
Thanks for your work updating all of the translation, it's included in IC2 as of 2.6.57.

1.7.10 by the looks of the config file.

It's not vanished at all, just the page now gives you the option to go to the experimental recipes or the old classic ones. I could move it back so that it has all the experimental ones and a link to go to the classic ones but the current solution seems the most logical.
The download page hasn't changed for the most part, all the Setup, FAQ and Current IC2 Bugs are basically the same since they were last changed for 1.2.5 ish whilst the actual download links are all up to date. Not sure what would feel wrong compared to how it has been recently.

They used to craft 16 years ago. Like a lot of years ago. The newer old recipe used to be 4 for a diamond, 2 redstone and 6 glass or 6 for the same but with silver ingots instead of redstone.

Also is there a search feature on the forum?
There is in the top right, but it's not brilliant. Google often works just as well.
