Ok so I swapped my ids for oil_moving and oil_still to your ids Wliu and everything seems to be working again. No errors when I try to run my map. Did this fix it? I wanna be sure.

Well:
1. Go to .minecraft/config/buildcraft/main.comf
2. Open with Editor
3. STRG + F and type in 4094/4095
4. There should be some kind of block assigned to the IDs -
Redownload Forge or try to assign Buildcraft something else then 4094 and 4095.

But anyway, let them do their stuff. As long as it doesn't insult/hurt someone, it's OK. You could just ignore them.

The best Idea (if you start a new World) is to just remove the whole Config Folder and start a new Game. That will Automatically fix it for you. If you dont wanna lose your Progress then just switch the ID's inside the IC²-Config to something what Redpower doesnt occupy.
Or you might want to risk setting autoAssign=0 to autoAssign=1, which will automatically assign unoccupied IDs.

Main mods you like: Xycraft gives me goosebumps everytime I see it. Also IC2 and AppEng.
Experience: I've got some good exprerience with almost all mods (in this pack) since I play modded for about 1 year.
About me: I am a friendly and calm person. I am very mature and do behave so. I like crafting new stuff and combining it in a way it works. I enjoy complexity (spelling fail). -
The links are a BIT messed up, but anyway. This is pretty well made, but the crafting table GUI doesn't really fit in. It's good though.
