He/She was suggesting that IC2 add a way to get silver dust/ingots for use in recipes without needing other mods (like redpower, factorization, gregtech, thermal expansion, ect.), or just generate silver ore itself.
You can use overclockers to increase the speed of the replicator.
Just use an input (or output) hatch of multiblock machines, they work wonderfully as "liquid transposers".
The input/output hatches do work (and extremely fast too), but they are quite difficult to automate as they only have 1 face that you can interact with.
Especially when you have a 100000% chance to get a wooden hoe
Or with GregTech, a 10000000% chance to get scrap.
Are you wearing the exact 4 parts i mentioned on my previous post, before you pickup U238/U235 ?
And if you are (don't just tell by appearance), are you sure you are using rubber boots and not static boots?
Silktouch isn't that easy to get
Trust me, I am fully aware of that. 
CPW has a twitter account (@minecraftcpw) that he uses and checks on a daily basis. Other than that, I'm sure player or Thunderdark can catch him for you on Forgecraft, IRC or Teamspeak.
As for nerfing/removing vanilla enderchests, it strikes me as odd. They cannot be color-coded, so you can ever only have one per player; they need to be recrafted everytime you break them; and they cannot be automated. Pretty much all they're good for is as a small personal safe that no other player can access.
Player added that config option, I assume, specifically because of a conversation him and Direwolf20 had on the forgecraft 3 server. I think its a fairly good option to have, considering some modded PvP servers might want to disable it.
Also, you can keep an enderchest rom breaking by using silktouch on it.
IC2 experimental should work on most forge versions for the same version of minecraft (for example, I have forge 9.10.1.859, and amusing IC2 experimental 260).
If you downloaded IC2 from that website, it is not a legitimate website to download IC2 at. This forum has links to the Jenkins sites where you can download IC2. IC2 was updated up to 1.5.2, IC2 lf was updated to 1.6.2 (but was quite buggy), and IC2 experimental is updated to 1.6.2/4 and is the only version being updated, it is relatively bug free, and has revamped/new features over the other versions.
The recipe for the empty cells changed, you now have to have a tin plate/tin item casing (not sure which) in a metal former on extruding mode (I think the icon is a toolbox)

First, you need a canning machine in fluid enrichment mode, then you need water in the left tank, you can right click with a universal fluid cell with water, or use another canine machine set to empty, you need cf powder in the middle slot for it to start working. The end product is fluid construction foam in the right tank, alternatively you can put a cf sprayer/pack in the left-most slot and the fluid cf will go strait into there.
To make reinforced stone you have to spray construction foam over iron scaffold, it will turn into reinforced construction foam, then harden into reinforced stone.

While reading about MOX reactors is interesting, how exactly do you get the reactors up to these high temperatures without heating cells? Equally important is how you stop them overheating once you've got them nice and toasty.
The way to do it is fairly easy, if you are using a DDoS MOX reactor you keep the cooling cells away from the MOX cells, then when the reactor gets to a good temperature, you move the coolant cells next to the MOX cells.
If you are using core exchange and vents, then you want to have the vent cooling be exactly that of the MOX heat output, keep the vents out of the reactor then when the reactor is hot, turn it off and add in the vents.
Do you have GregTech installed? If you do the diamond energy crystal recipe is disable, and you must use the ruby recipe, the same is true for lapotron crystals in that you have to use sapphires.
I think not, because the modes are different, and fluid enrichment (process to make CF) uses water on left to make liquid CF on right.
Derp, I meant to say to have water in the left tank, instead of the right. Then it would fill the sprayer/pack instead of the right tank with CF.
There is a liquid ejector upgrade if i'm not wrong.
Since you lack liquid transporation (which is very common on tech packs), do it this way :
You need 3 canning machines, 2 liquid ejector upgrades, CF powder, water cells, CF spray/backpack.
Ejector upgrades must be set to output to left or right, depending on which way you set it.
Canning Machine 1 (cell extraction) + ejector + water cell -> Canning machine 2 (liquid enrichment) + CF powder + ejector -> canning machine 3 (cell filling) + CF spray/backpack

Can't you just have water in the right tank of the second canning machine, put a CF sprayer/pack in the left most slot, and CF powder in the middle slot to fill the sprayer/pack directly instead of making fluid CF? I personally have not tested it, but remember something about it a while back, if it works it would cut down the setup by 1 canning machine and 1 liquid ejector.
Its working for me right now, maybe Jenkins was down for a bit when you tried earlier.
