New version- 2.3.3a-Exist .
This was going to be named "2.3.3a-Boobs". However, I realized this would be unfair to those, such as myself, that don't have any boobs. So then I was going to name it "2.3.3a-Nose", but not everyone has one of those either . Thus I named it after existence, which everyone has, except unicorns and some other stuff. Fortunately, nothing without existence can complain, so it's a win-win for everyone.
This fixes a few bugs, but not all of them.

Using the current reccommended version of Infinity ftb. (2.0.2) (IC2NuclearControl-2.3.1a-Butt)(forge-1448)
Some of your blocks use the same block id. (2596) All the blocks using this id 2596:1 -> 2596:10 (remote thermal monitors -> advanced info panel extenders) Turn into thermal monitors(2596) when broken.
easiest way to replicate is to use the FTB launcher and jump into FTB infinity modpack 2.0.2. Make a new single player world or connect to a server. Give your self an adv info panel and place it in the world. Break it and confirm you get back a thermal monitor.

First, are you following these instructions?
Second, are you using the latest version? (2.3.1a-Butt) -
Shoot, it's Halloween time everyone \o/
But yeah, it does that. Either switch to peaceful until ~2nd of November, use MCPC+ (which apparently lets it run and just spams the log with errors, might break other mods) or use this mod that disables IC2's seasonal events (and resulting crashes).
Did you just make that, or does it come from somewhere else?

Another new version (2.3.1a-Butt), which fixes a crash (I'd recommend it) and updated zh-cn. If you can't get to it now it might still be under review, should be fine in a few minutes or so.
