I came across what i believe to be a strange occurrence earlier tonight.
While on my girlfriend and I's Private server i decided to laser down one of our old biospheres.
To my surprise my mining laser was having no effect.
Wondering if it was just server desync i decided to turn the laser onto some nearby stone, worked fine.
Is this a Bug or a feature?
Edit: Explosive mode worked fine on the glass though.
The forum leaders give off a sense of what little power they have going to there heads. I would say second that if people want to know when you are going to release a version that is up to par let them know a estimated date instead of banning people that ask. I find it a little distressing when other people are coming up with hot fixes for 1.2.5 before the staff or ic2. I understand this mod is free and all but if you don't want to take it serious then maybe hand it off to someone who does.

Its come to my attention that the wiki needs a lot of TLC from a Dedicated Group.
Its also annoying to see people start edits on a page and never complete them.

A fun read.
Well ive just started up a terraformer on my single player world, but something...unexpected happended, on the wiki for the terraformer it says that the terraformer terraforms a 20x20 area(http://wiki.industrial-craft.n…ex.php?title=Flatificator ). But my terrformer is terraforming a area of 100x130z to the right of the terraformer, don't think its doing any work on the left side, not sure....
P.s: i'm powering my terraformer from a mfsu that i power with lapatron crystals which i manually refill at my nuclear reactor, so the terraformer does have lapses with 0 energy(this might have something to do with it?)

I have a lot of respect AL and the entire development team. (Actually more than Mojang)
I have a lot of fun with industrial craft and its respective forge mods.
A wiki is a place for information i agree but this is a community based on the "Fun Factor"
All jokes on the Wiki are in good faith and good fun. I would know, i wrote a few of them.
Maby the wiki has gotten out of hand and needs to be re balanced with a higher emphasis on broken down information.
Because of this im considering getting a few High level, knowledgeable IC2 players to take a focus on improving the wiki.

Its my personal opinion that UUM should be kept a secret. i like the idea of having one or two "Secret's" to find.

Well the fact that he did it at all is impressive.
I don't think it should be dulled down due to "Your in creative, less points for you!"

I understand that its possible but not easy. i would like someones help with setting up a server.
Also, i need a little help with port forwarding, but that's a secondary issue.
I've been having a few problems with one mine as well.
It seems to work properly for me except for the fact that i cant change into hover mode.
I just updated to v1.90, while working with my mineing laser i noticed it had an extra mode labled "Super-Heated".
Its not very effective for cutting blocks but! it does change sand straight to glass and cobblestone to smooth stone.
Just thought i would tell everyone :3
I would suggest testing this with a full suit of armor, and probably on a test world.
Well seeing how testing is mainly done on test worlds i would have to agree with you.
The foam blocks will harden, but I still can't fill the CF Sprayer or the CF backpack.
A simple mistake i made my first time playing with CF foam is that you have to compress the CF foam block to get CF pellets.
Are you trying to use CF pellets?
Maby your getting confused with a build craft, ic2 crossover add on.
Build craft power pipes do look like lasers.
When I attempt to use Construction Foam blocks they never harden. Also I can't fill the CF Sprayer or the CF backpack. I have ID2 v1.81, Minecraft Forge 1.41.58.
Try right clicking them with sand in your hand.
So i started a fresh game of IC2 tonight, i was lucky enough to spawn near a village ( Seed: -853257838 )
After about an hour of play i had a nice stockpile of supply's and a few machines in a house i moved into.
this is all good and fine till while i had my back turned while crafting, a villager opened my front door and let a creeper into my cozy home.

Suggestions: You should possibly make some sort of incubator machine that you can say put chicken eggs in and make chicken farms! (just an idea)
Questions: I am wondering when the next big content update for IC2 is bug fixes and tweaks are great but new content such as items and blocks havent been added in a while

Do not ask about when new content is to be released. your better of looking for admin reply's about suggested content as they tend to leak small bits of information.
Alblaka isn't above ban-hammering people that don't follow the rules so i suggest you read the forum rules and learn to use the search function.
