With Gregtech, it is ambiguous to Iridium Plate made from Plate Bending Machine.
-
Why? I think it's best, or perhaps only solution.
-
Maybe the best solution.

How much EU loss insulated tin cables cause?
Are there any changes to other cables? -
Anyways, I will eat golden carrots as main nutrient, since they have more nourishment value than canned foods.

If you don't know what saturation is, see here. http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Food#Hunger_vs._Saturation

A time-saving, but resource-wasting plan. (pre-IC2E)

Then call machines energy usage as "potency" , in EU/t, instead of watts.
Why? Let's just call it "power". Why do you advise using other words?
-
-
Currently, it is more like wattage and thats it.
No. "Power". "Wattage"? It sounds ridiculous. -
Have you ever felt that your Generator is too coal-consuming? I have.
So I researched how to use solar panels and wind mills wisely, making the term 'non-resource-consuming power supply.', abbr. NRCPS.
Water mills are not in topic because they are neither efficient nor compact.
This topic is based on IC2E.
.: none, S: solar panel, W: wind mill, T: tin cable, C: copper cable, G: gold cable
LV NRCPS:

EV and over is yet to be designed.
EDIT 1: Edited the designs due to miscalculation. Sorry.
EDIT 2: Added HV NRCPS. -
You can't insert a tiny lightbulb into a 220V power supply. The similar went to EU-P as well - You could't connect a macerator directly into a MFE. (a 32EU-P machine couldn't be connected into a 128EU-P power supply.) (In IC2E, you can't a macerator directly into a MFE because a 32EU/t machine can't be connected into a 512EU/t power supply.)Neither the laws 'Voltage × Current = Power' nor 'Voltage ÷ Current = Resistance' have meaning in IC2, however.
-
LV etc. is good name. Cause its Voltage, which I guess means "how much power flow in "that" and can be handled."
EU-P, which represents voltage, is removed from IC2 since IC2E.Power = Voltage × Current
(Watt = Volt × Ampere, EU/t = EU-P × ???)
Energy = Power × Time
(Joules = Watt × second, EU = EU/t × tick)
-
Because IC2E is so different from original IC2.
-
Since EU-P is removed in IC2E, the terms 'LV', 'MV', 'HV', etc is somewhat confusing because EU-P represents voltage.
They should be renamed to 'LP', 'MP', 'HP', etc because EU/t represents power.

Isn't Scraps only use always been UU? Also, Note, the UU EU rate is customizable in the config. Don't like it? Change it. Also note, that in the future, Nuclear reactors and other generators are going to be much much more powerful.Scraps can also be used to make scrapboxes. But I don't like gambling.
-
I prefer connecting multiple energy storages in series, but I wonder if there is difference when I connect energy storages in parallel.
Will the EU be multiplied? -
They are
notenchantable. Edit: Now they are no longer enchantable http://ic2api.player.to:8080/job/IC2_experimental/207/
Even if they are not enchantable, it must be still worthy that enchanting vanilla pickaxes with Fortune III in Gregtech.Silk Touch I vs. Fortune III. What's your opinion?
-
Ha, since , , are enchantable, it should be worth discussing what is better, Silk Touch I and Fortune III.
In this discussion, we are going to decide to choose from them, using them to following ore: coal, lapis lazuli, emerald, diamond, sphalerite, ruby, sapphire, olivine.
The following ores don't included here because:
CodeIron, gold, copper, tin, bauxite, galena, tetrahedrite, cassiterite, nickel, tungstate, sheldonite ores always drop themselves. Fortune dosen't work to uranium, pyrite, cinnebar. Redstone: fortune works to them, maximum 8 dusts. However, macerating or grinding them yields guranteed 10 dusts. Iridium: fortune works to them, 1 or 2 gems. However, macerating or grinding them yields guranteed 2 gems. Sodalite: fortune works to them, 6 sodalite dusts and a aluminium dust. However, grinding them yields as three times as more.
My opinions are:
CodeCoal: Silk Touch I. Grinding them yields a tiny pile of thorium dust, which is somewhat valueable. However, if you don't have any industrial grinder, consider choosing Fortune III since it yields more coal. Lapis Lazuli: Silk Touch I. This is difficult to choose, because mining them with Fortune III yields maximum 24 lapis lazuli gems, but with Silk Touch I yields 12 lapis lazuli gems and 3 lazurite dusts. Similarly to coal, if you don't have any industrial grinder, choose Fortune III. Emerald: Fortune III. Fortune III works very well to them. You can get 2 tiny piles of olivine dust by grinding them, but they can also be gotten by mining olivine ore. Diamond: Fortune III. Similar reason to emerald. Sphalerite: Fortune III. Fortune III doesn't increase drop of sphalerite dusts, however, it does increase probability to drop a yellow garnet very well. Desireable. Ruby: Fortune III. Fourtune III increases both drop of rubys and probability to drop a red garnet very well. Sapphire: Fortune III. Similar reason to ruby. Olivine: Fortune III. Silimar reason to emerald.
What's your opinion?
