If it is only for your server, and only it, its fine.
server files has nothing to do with it.

Private server mod packs are fine, under the conditions that it is *only* available to members of your server and is in no way available for public download.

The next Update will somewhat obsoletify the purpose of a regulator on an Assembling Machine, as the Inventory Slots will be intelligent in regards of Input, so that you can Input from any Side you want without accidently filling up both Slots with the same Item.
Thats not what the 2 squares / 1 rectangle button does?

How about adding a variation of CF which requires 6 iron dusts alongside redstone, clay and coal.
It would be twice as strong in blast resistance.For the nuclear lovers, another variation which requires 6 advanced alloy dust alongside redstone clay and coal.
It would be four times as strong in blast resistance.Foaming iron bars doubles the resistance.

never used G-tech, so no idea. The backpack should ONLY be avail to someone with commands or in creative mode.
You should take a look into it.

Well, items could either draw energy from the debug item while it is in inventory or make all electric tools not use energy when the player is on creative mode. -
It seems that powersuits is draining ALL items in inventory energy, including tools, which is not good.
If its already fixed, ignore me. If its not, make it only drain items that has 1M or more EU. -

Suggestion : Magic energy absorber mode 3
Slowly Absorbs flux (5 aspect points every second), condensing it in a dark purple liquid, which can be burned for energy into the magic energy converter.Every point of aspect is worth 1 mB of liquid essentia and a bucket generates 64k EU.
Praecantatio, ignis and potentia is worth 10 mB.Suggestion 2 : Magic energy infuser.
Uses liquid essentia or magic objects power to restore local aura vis. Requires low amounts of power.Every 100 mB of essentia, 1 vis is restored.
Drains shards for 50 vis. Vis shard is worth 100 vis.
Ars magica : Vinteum dust restores 20 vis. Arcane ash restores 5 vis. Purified Vinteum dust restores 90 vis. -
Looks like conduction loss to me, the EU reader just shows the net amount with loss subtracted.
hint is to always use glass fiber, always, no matter how "expensive" they are.

Seems more like an Ars Magica fault, you can also collect those blocks with TNT.
Same thing happens with Twilight forest anti-build blocks (dark towers)

10 MJ, that's quite a bit. How many MJ would 4 redstone engines make
I seem to have found some sort of balance at 4 pumps with 4 redstone engines each, looking into steam from biomass or biofuel as a better power source, lava ain't gonna last forever 
Go to nether, make some magmatic engines and redstone cells and you have an excelent MJ source for those pumps.
You will get TONS of lava. 10 MJ is nothing compared to 30k EU it can generate. If you use greg's pump it would be around 1-2k EU per block. [Not sure] -
Really? A lava block a tick per pump? Wow.As long each pump has 10 MJ/t and your server/client runs higher than 20 tps/fps.

How many geo gens can one buildcraft pump power? I've got 2 liquiducted to a ender tank, then liquiducted to the 26 geo gens, but I seem to quickly run out of lava. How many gens can one pump power?
Hint is to have the endertanks directly adjacent to the pump and geothermals like this :
3x3 section from side/top (repeat this till as long you dont have energy loss due cable length)









Pump setup


= Nothing
= Endertank with valve open (to release liquid into adjacent blocks)
= PumpUsing this setup you are able to power about 2000 geogens, given the pumps have enough lava to drain and power. [2 pump making 40 lava block every second and a geogen requiring one every 50s, which is 40*50]

For science or not, weapons are mostly denied before the mythic industrial conflict addon comes out (like many said, if it ever comes), but nothing stops you from suggesting a tool (which is the "main" use of it) that can be used as a weapon, an example is the mining laser.

Hmm, it does require some power if you don't have lapis fuel. You also might think about using multiple coercion derivers.
Oh! Tesseracting it sounds like a nice idea
Interdimensional Fortron power 
Currently it has so much loss that it is not worth using fortron to teleport energy, but tesseracting for interdimensional fortron is, at least. 25 EU in -> 6-10 EU out.
Converting energy with it between different grids is also not good.About bugs :
Bug allowing infinite MJ when integrating fortron back into MJ.
Anti-passive module kills players.
Sometimes coercion derivers glitches taking ALL EU input for just the worth of 25 EU/t. This happens when multiple derivers are connected in one line of energy (MFSU and several derivers for example).
