Diamond Dust is not really healthy for Humans. The Diamond Dust inside the Water usually cuts everything into pieces.
In 1000 ways to die, I saw someone doing Cocaine + Gunpowder after he weighed his Diamonds, without cleaning the Table before. He sliced himself to death by breathing that Stuff.
New way to macerate ore? 
1. There is an add on for it (and iridium tools have been denied). We surprisingly got an iridium drill (that has an inbuilt fortune III) on IC² exp ~SpwnX ...need to try 1.6 ... ~me
2/3. You shouldn't need it the metal former is fairly easy to get.
4. Bronze armor, composite armor.
5. Why?
I personally don't use every OP mods, like Mystcraft. And TiC, and ... TONS of mods, even Forestry is OP to me.
How is TiC overpowered?
So maybe try to used in recipes instead of "just" Advanced Alloy, combine it with Lead Plate in some way, ir, possible more ways, and have that little better block.
You know, im going out of blocks of gregtech. He add some new reinforced blocks to keep your reactor much more safe. So, why not something between so hard Iridium Reinforced Stone and Reinforced Stone. Probably, Lead - Plated Stone? Or something like that.
Or change mixed metal ingots to use lead instead of tin.
In the mean time you could use Computer craft to bypass the bug. Dire found a way in one of his recent videos.

I'd say Irrigation should be swamp or river.

- Subtract 10 buckets if a Nano Saber is provided

40k blocks for only 40k EU is to cheap. At least 40 eu per block would be better (at least a config).
Yes I know that it's .01 amps through the heart will kill you, and voltage causes pain. I forgot which blows the fuse.
Fuses don't need to be expensive, real ones are just a thin wire in glass. If the current (or voltage I forget which) is to large the wire inside the fuse melts.
With vanilla breeding this idea seems to have little use...
Seeing as this is a common change wanted, could one of the devs ad a config for this...
