Yeah, you come to a point (about 70 uranium bars)
when its just better to use several reactors in series and uranium efficiency isnt so very important.
personally I see no need to have a higher than 3 efficiency people are currently trying to squeeze loads of continuous power Using C.A.S.U.C.
but the effort becomes a little bit silly when you could have just as much yield making multiple reactors and less setup.

biopowered Jetpacks
thats why -
well sorry but ~300 cacti is just not enough

For the record I have seen the actual post on the somethingaweful forums and the mod author DOES link the Mcforums topic for all of the mods used
that said he does disrespect the authors both by refusing to ask permission and with his config "some modders have terrible ego's"
I dont like the sound of that but he is giving all of those mods a lot of publicity -
I like this suggestion despite also liking the advanced solar panel mod this would make much more sense as it never made sense to me that a single solar panel required a generator to craft
-
1. 2-3 Eut and "tenfold" isn't exactly much.
2. There's already a laser mod.
3. I will probably ignore 2. and still create a huge-sized T4 Mining laser later on
4. which will go in tandem with the orbital cannon.
5. That wasn't a joke. Are you by any chance trying to get back at the people in Futurecraft for calling IC2 " low tech " and "primitive" either way this will be epic
-
That sounds really cool,
but you should have a teleporter on both ends And it will use a certain amount of power (from a battery or crystal) to open your "chest"
or you would need to constantly power your Base side chest for any time access -
Just so you guys know obsidian has been massively nerfed by alblaka it is under 1% of its normal strength (8000) in IC2 (60) which is only twice that of wood (30)
reinforced stone is (100) so a simple solution is to change reinforced stone up some (maybe to 360) so that it can better resist explosion and also upgrade obsidian to say (180) it was nerfed simply because no one was using re stone because they could really easily mine and use obsidian instead -
Yes to an upgraded version of the extractor: make it have 3 out slots so i can put a stack of Resin in and leave it
also change the compressor to GIbbl you need to! -
*Sniggers*

dont forget scrap to fuel your mass fabricators they increase matter production/energy efficiency about 2500 times
-
and to run underground
but you do have a point
and I have asked the author to make upgraded versions of these when he is satisfied with this mod -
you forgot "HAYO!"
-
or disable the moon
lol
mabye you did not notice but daytime has been decreased to compensate it still outputs 6EU/t average per day night cycle -
Those are part of the notorious secret recipes
anyways I dont even need reeds to make my industrial diamonds!
I use air blocks XD
I take a stack of cobble, split it into dirt, combine with 2 seeds to get 4 saplings split the saplings half go back to make seeds
the other half makes logs, logs are smelted into charcoal, which is converted via redstone into coal half is converted back into cobblestone
the other half is free coal Macerate, craft and compress for coalchunks -
Aka about as legit as your 111 stacks
Minecraft legit means that you actually mined and crafted all of the blocks yourself not placed them.
that is creative mode -
I will see if I can work out a way to get higher efficiency and still keep it a Mark I-I.
And I had a lot of trouble installing, it kept on saying I had run out of ID's. Fixed now.Try and make a 2.5 (1 row of 4 cells)
-
good:
this is the circuit I envisioned and even tried (and failed) to make because I have a Mark III Reactor with 2000 on VS 4600 off ticks -
also just so you know after 10 minutes your reactor will explode it is in no way safe and a mark V

I once did a cactus farm for power on my IC1 private server. The farm went from Y 73 to 111 and used BuildCraft collectors to make the result go to the single generator. That got me a rate of a few (like 10?) cacti per minute.
how wide and long was your cacti farm?
8x8?
16x16?
36X36?
