Mass Fab + EV = Crater where your house used to be!
I had to reload from a backup after than one.

Changing the industrial diamond: Unfortunately, we can't make a new item using the same item code as an existing one. The only way we could implement mixed recipes is by creating one recipe for each possibility, and that would spam up recipe book mods something terrible. Maybe if running a regular diamond through an extractor produced an industrial diamond ("removing the flaws/impurities" to make it more like an artificially-manufactured diamond).
Why doesnt the diamond crafting process just return diamonds instead of industrial diamonds?
Only difference from MFE/MSFU I see is that it doesnt use diamonds in the recipe.
That mod does appear to be compatible with IC2 since it makes no base file modifications, but rainbow cactus? Come on....
Well technically since Industrial Diamonds need pressure+heat and Carbon Fiber is mostly derived from heat treatments rather than pressure, I think we can safely assume that the compressor also provides heat.
Well, I cant see any reason why not. Gathering resin isnt any faster or slower than cutting down trees really.
And I'd rather feed coal to my diamond factory.
Actually, I'd prefer a system where you tell the transformer which plant to plant. Instead of the current randomness.
Maybe a blueprint for each plant.
Automated wheat farm anyone?
Hence my original statement about there being code in IC2 to handle blocks in Buildcraft. =P
it would bee cool if you could write simple programs on the computer to control machines for instance when it turns night time to be able to turn down the amount of energy flowing through the pipes when it turns night. This could say preserve the energy collect from solar generators when they don't produce enough to compensate.
Just use redstone. RedPower sequencers are locked to time of day when set to 300.
Of course the hard part is cutting the power since you need to use two transformers or leaky MFE/MSFU.
Well I saw post from Eloramm in the Buildcraft thread implying that pipes in single player should force chunk loads. I haven't tried it, but perhaps if you make a chest that feeds into itself in a loop the chunk will stay loaded.
They explode in my experience at 128 EU. You are aware that the value listed by the EU-Reader is not the voltage right?
Couldn't you do this with Eloramm's Redstone Pipe?
Batboxes only accept and transmit LV. MV will make them explode.
Ever since I installed my mass fabricator in my basement, I've been unable to sleep while it's running. I just pop right out of the bed when I try. But if I cut the power to the house, I can sleep just fine. I assume its related to the damage the mobs take near EV lines.
IC2 v1.0
there is NO CODE to handle blocks from other mods...
Isn't there code for handling BC pipe interactions?
Well to reduce tin usage, could change the recipe to 2 tin, 2 glass. Tin to the sides, glass above and below.
How about designating one color that cant connect to anything? Even normal cables.
Quick, somebody write a addon!
