no... read the part about the Swiss Army knife near the end of that thread. you basically integrate what tools you want into the assembly. so if you wanted a universal tool then you would take the assembly and add a bronze tool of every kind, or a drill, or a chainsaw. ect.

all mobs can draw line of sight through glass. i've been having this as a pretty severe issue with my industrial house. if a door is left open and a creeper seeing me through the glass, he will run like 12 blocks around to get into me door and blow up my beds and MassFabs.
yeah and a machine that lets you turn on creative mode, and a machine that makes it rain diamonds and UU-matter!
and while you're at it please make it so solar panels work day AND night, and output as much EU as a Mark V CASUC reactor

also there are some mods that have solar panels that make alot of power durring the day and significantly less at night but they still catch the sunlight that is reflected off the moon 
also you could make a better EU storage device but make it more expensive, like 2 Diamond Blocks 4 lapotron crystals, 1 MFSU, and 2 advanced curcuits.
make it a 100million supply that accepts and outputs EV? 2048eu/t?
If you do not want to babysit a machine, you can use redpower, or even easier in BC to make it entirely automated. put the raw materials in one chest and the dusts/ingots flow into another. send me a message if you are not sure about it.
what he said. you can easily make an auto extraction system with 2 glass, 1 iron bar, 1 redstone and some wood. currently i have like 9 Macerators going into 1 chest, 4 MassFabs pouring into chests. and 3 extractors mass producing rubber into chests. you can also use BC to make factories to mass produce items for you. like curcuits, all i do is toss rubber, copper and iron into a pipe and it takes it to a factory that already has redstone and it mass produces curcuits for me. i even have 1 factory that i have set up that i throw ores into the macerators and UUM into a chest and it makes MFSUs for me.

solution. hook it to a luminator or an Induction Furnace that is constantly being kept warm. this will force it to stay flowing.
or you could make a HUGE power system and simply tap it into that so that 1 solar panel would never fill it.
you could actuall already engineer this. first off you could set like 10 MFSUs in a row and then that would make a 100million EU feed supply, when a player needs to buy more power then they can pay you, you check to see how much is left in the battery line, then you go to a splitter cable and turn it on to refill their battery and charge them accordingly. if they are using more then 100million a day or per week then they can pay you to upgrade their storage limit, say by 50 million per a set amount.then all you'd need to do is att 5 more MFSU's in the line or stack then and wire them together so that it drains evenly. it's pretty easy to accomplish. and as for how much power your house is making/receiving, you cna use the EU Detector. i use it on my house everytime i upgrade my power system on my house, currently which is at 7,560 EU/t

as true as that may be, it's not neccissarily IC2 responsibility to make it compatable with ALL other mods, however you could suggest to eloram that she could recode her timers so the woork properly with a function as simple as a Bed.
yeah sorry but no. as much as it would be kind of nice to be able to use a quantum chest for a battery as well i'd get sick of having to recharge it so often or be taken by surprise when i just now drained and i get hit by a ghast knocking me into lava, or go nuts and rush into a Mob Grinder for EXP and take 5 creeper blasts to the face and die.
Using a jetpack with quantum boots gets annoying and would onlt cause frustration. so no.
I really hope they change the texture of one of them to help wind users differ a wind mill from a broken generator (from distance), otherwise it will be kinda annoying to notice all broken wind mills (generators)
maybe give them a slight dark grey "Wind" icon looking paint job on the side and have them always facing north so that they are not in all random directions?

is there anyway it could write the information to your actually computer like how Buildcraft Blueprints kind of work? that way i could grow crops on singleplayer and then slap like 20 of them in a "Seed Library" and then take them to a multi-player server? also this way incase i ever have to restart my server, i could take all my seeds and bring them with me so i don;t waste weeks of crop crossbreeding?
it would also be very nice to be able to use a Dyna-mote with stick dynamite and prime like 32 stickies and smother a wall with them and then detenate them all. similar to how Remote Mines for on 007 Golden Eye for Nintendo 64. maybe make them throw like an Egg and when they hit something they'd stick like a torch? i could try and draw up the textures if you'd like.
specially since the Block ID limit will be something like 4,000. then it might be time for my do go buy a new top of the line PC and download as many Mods as i can fine just for kicks and see what kind of crazy non-sence i can invent :p even though i think IC2 and BC2 are all i will ever need

Load chipmass
Now it will create bookshelves for you directly by consuming its cost in chipmass and some energy for every chipmass consumed, crafted from compressor and canner.
i think my Wood Dust idea is far easier and doesn't require additional machine, device, or complex recipies.
