why not just check the "charge"-NBT?
Its working fine for me. Maybe SpwnX forgot to update a Config.
Anti Matter Missiles and Red Matter Missiles are deleting the Blocks. No Blast Protection can help your House at all (Not even Bedrock as that just gets ignored!)
The Laser is just a Mininglaser which is permanently set to extra long Range.
The Smelting Factories has multiple Bugs.
1. The Sound doesnt turn Off until you restart the game (not only unloading the Chunk, you really need to reboot the whole Server in SMP!)
2. It no longer accepts Upgrades at all, even if there is an ultimate Upgrade in the Slot.
3. The Factory dupes itself when dropped, but I think you already know about that.
Also your EU->UE ratio is still wrong. I need to avoid any IC²-Wire around a Smelting Factory (powered with Thermal Expansion), and one can still generate exploity amounts of EU using Hydrogen Generators, see SpwnX.
I think Immibis did something like that. Dunno if it has an API.
IRC is a Chat Service, and not something to really report Bugs. You cant just go there and properly report Bugs, as IRC is neither a Bugtracker nor a Forum.
RawCode, you are obviously trying to hide your failures. Tekkit is a bunch of stuff grabbed from OTHER LOCATIONS, nothing ports to Tekkit or develops for tekkit. Tekkit is a Modpack, and not a Mod Platform, like Forge or Bukkit. There are many Bukkit Users, who dont have Tekkit. Go to the IC²-Server Subforum and you will see some of these people running Bukkit without Tekkit.
Bukkitlike is not always Tekkit, you just said that you are wrong.
Please use the Beta, It was a Bug, which I have reported before, and is now fixed.
Eloraams problem with Redpower is, that Redpower is not finished (and I dont think she will ever be able to 'perfectly' finish it), if its finished, then she will make a Redpower API for others to be able to make Redpower Addons. However, since almost every single useful Feature is on her List (assuming that), there will then be absolutly no point in making Addons for it at all.
Also her Code is only so 'perfect', because she tests many things (those long Release delays and perfectionism, you know), and because she can make clean Code. But sometimes those clean Algorithms go wrong.
With the Relay for example, it checks once every 10 ticks if there is a target. Good, but if its placed adjacent to a Machine (with a large Inventory), it will let an ItemStack bounce back and forth EVERY. SECOND. TICK. That can lag horribly if you have a rather complex Machine with many Inventory Slots as target and a large Factory with Relays ontop of multiple Machines.
What about her Pump? It becomes a Lag Monster if you try to fill a Cave with it. When the Cave is finally full, It will scan THE WHOLE FRIKKIN CAVE over and over and over again to find a place to put its Liquid (During operation it uses only one Scan for the whole Area).
I recently had a Problem with the Regulator not properly regulating, due to a minor Bug in Redpower. Guess how I solved it. Right, I used my own electric Regulator for the purpose of saving the Materials for 8 additional Industrial Electrolyzers.
Eloraam was also so great and Invented the OreDictionary. It's a really great Invention, it's perfect, I use it all the time without any Bugs. Moment, what's that Crafting Recipe? Eloraam doesnt fully use HER OWN OREDICTIONARY!!! Seriously, why not?! I've spent long time to find a public (so for everyone) way to announce Bugs to her. Well, unless you are on ForgeCraft or ShadowDragons Server, you can't even report Bugs properly (yes I know Redpower is absolutly perfect and doesnt has any Bug to report at all...). And I doubt she accepts Bugreports via Twitter. You could ofcourse report Bugs on her official MC-Forum Thread! When was she online on that Forum last time? Oh, nevermind...
Eloraam is a great Programmer, but in my eyes, she fails horribly in regards of any compatibility with other Mods, and is not really one of the good Mod Developers.

I doesnt drain the Aura, it just increases maximum Aura Size. The node itself ofcourse needs to be charged faster somehow (Crystals).

to cool the cell just use a cooling reactor.
You mean the Regulators. The Managers only work with ISidedInventory (An Inventory Slot Version like the Regulator is also planned too), and thats not part of the Nuclear Reactors.
We can't help you with that still, as the Terraformer terraforms a fixed amount of land that is unchangeable...
It depends how many caves you have and how large does the ocean cut in into the terraforming area...
Terraformer fills Caves? Great News, if I wouldn't just pump Water into the Caves via Redpower.
Looks like you forgot the textures folder though. All the DeFence items are showing up as white boxes.
In that case putting a "/" in front of every Texture File Path will solve that Problem.
Even though your Code is right, I would HEAVYLY disrecommend that implementation. Copying is fine, but DIRECTLY depending on this Code will cause many Problems as soon as IC² changes. Not to mention you need to decompile IC² to get the Code, what got recently a massive PITA, which I will definetly no longer do (reading Bytecode is much easier).

Seriously, why cant the People of Technic/Tekkit just ASK FOR PERMISSION or FOLLOW THE MODPACK REDISTRIBUTION POLICIES to get the Mods? Its a small thing they could do, before that happens...
Hey, Lost? When you say "any EnergyTile" for chunkloading purposes, would this mod be out-of-the-box compatible with the wires from GregTech, or would that have to be worked on?
If its detecting TileEntities, which implement IEnergyTile (the main E-net interface), then yes it would.
