There are many Securitysystems, which can detect griefing in Redpower, you are even able to build Houses with a 100%-Grieferalarm, using Redalloywires.

This is my first excursion into minecraft modding (and java programming), so don't expect too much.
You will get many Problems with Coding, did you even try to decompile IC²? Because most of your Features are requiring more than only the IC²-API. I needed to hack most of the IC²-Classes only to get it compiling (Also the E-net does not like to be decompiled and just vanishes). And if you are new to Java, then the dense IC²-Code is nothing for you (I have still not found the Code, which enables 16 Blocks on one single BlockID).
This is also the Addon-section and not the "I will make it in future"-Section.

It will make the Miner much more useless! The Thaumcraftbore and Redpowerframe-TBM's are already much better than the Miner! Nuggets? We are not going to copy Redpower, and making it mining them instead of maceratable Ore is stupid.
And why the hack are all Noobs wanting to nerf the most useless Stuff and to buff the most usefull Stuff?!?!?
Here a few examples:
- "Solar is OP you must nerf it": Its already the worst Generator of all.
- "QuantumLapJetCF-Pack": Quantumchestplate is already a bit OP.
- "Nerfz ze Wantumzuit": Quantumsuit is not that OP and USE PROPER SPELLING!
- "Miner is OP": I already pointed it out.
- "When does frikkn updat moddafuck'n Industcraft? cuz the iz anotha fuckn updat frm MC": And finally they are wanting to nerf down the Releasedates.Colortroll trololololol

How exactly would the Explosion itself work? I mean, will it just cause the Block where its sitting upon to explode, or does it cause a new directed Explosion?

I heared that Cables are not supporting being placed into the Air (not onto a Block). Also i would try the neest Version of Redpower, there were many Bugfixes.

Isn't that the whole point of the API? So you don't need the source code in the first place?
It helps a lot, when you have also the Source of IC², especially when you are trying to make an Addon for IC². Also my moddingattempts are requiring more, than an API could give to me.

Good Idea, but shouldnt we wait for the Mod-API to come out before discoussing details?, because it may adds ways to improve or add new Villagetypes/Villager.
And if Al didn't changed his opinion about it, then he will just say NO, to stop the Hype again.

You may forgot that FLINT (needed for ITNT) is very easy to obtain WITH a Macerator, so you macerate Gravel to "macerate" Ores with ITNT.

Its not 34 Scrap its 33,333333333333... Scrap you need. Oh and why do you think the Amplifier says 5000 after you add the Scrap. (And of course its in the Sourcecode)
I got that information from my own Tutorial about the Massfab.

1 uu-matter = 34 scrap
maxeu = 1uu / 34scrap = 166.666 / 34 = 4.901,9607843137254901960784313725So since the MF can only handle 1 scrap per tick.
You start to lose efficiency if you feed the MF more than 4.9k EU/sNope, its exactly 5000EU, not 4901,9EU
