Lithium Pack does not work with the mining laser. Unsure if this is intended or not.
I think it's intended because this device is Tier 1 (can be charged in Batbox). -
Can you add ability to stack items in slots for empty cells and container items in craftingtable? Currently after each operation it's fill only empty slots.

Greg, have you considered nerfing liquid containers capacity?
Would be nice to have either cell, can and capsule capacity reduced to 0.250 of bucket, or stacking of them reduced to 16 items.
Don't nerf capsules from Forestry because they are single-use. And reducing capacity of cans from IC2 bad idea (need rebalance all recipes that use them). -
Use Buffer from Tubestuff for pushing items to buildcraft pipes.

Completely intended. If the electrolyzer's internal storage (which isn't very big) gets completely empty, it restarts the operation. Same for the industrial sawmill, implosion compressor, industrial grinder and industrial blast furnace.
This line in config can fix this "error". -
Can you add recycling of GregTech Sensor Card (as in Nuclear Control)? You change Kit recipe to use only standart Electronic Circuit, and get two Electronic Circuit from Card.

1. Can you made Translocator that work as Transposer (extract 1 item)? Or add button to switch mode to translocators. (Because currently impossible to separate 4 Thorium Cell to use in nuclear reactor).
2. Can you increase speed of Electic Craftingtable? Or add button as "1/64" in ACT2 from TubeStuff. -
