I just realized that Quadrant II piles have a higher energy density than the stationary Quadrants. You can fit three into the same space at a single Quadrant IV (or any other six chamber unit for that matter).
Came up with this unit as a result: http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/v3/reactorplan…5k494ynyd2oham8
160 out, 12 cells in, can be stacked in tight spaces.
Quadrant V, derived from the above, and thus is mobile, but not exactly the most efficient one for breeding: http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/v3/reactorplan…i96ig2sdr8ididi
Just simplified your design, and and cut down a good bit on the resources for it, RockRaider.

New four chamber unit: http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/v3/reactorplan…okwls2k099ytwjk
Now in the space of a six chamber unit, you can have 540 EU/t without SUC or periodic shutdowns.
Um, was that from the Quadrant II? If it was, then you just decreased the power and took away its ability to breed fuel, which was the point.
Got the Q5 to make more fuel than it uses! Now for the Quadrant V Mod 0: http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/v3/reactorplan…7mkhoamr12slhlg
