a policy should be like this: any contributors must PM first the experts of Nuclear engineering, and wait for the approval. if their designs were ok, then they have the right to post it right-away or otherwise,recreate another design. this strategy would avoid spam and annoyances.

building a casuc is good, but using EE2 as proponent of making the ice is not recommended. there is a good example of casuc made by jppk1 if you dont mind.

On the subject of oil: I'd love to see oil cells as a way to slow down the wear-and-tear of components that it touches. With better, upgraded oil refining equipment, the player could then get better grades of oil that better protect against wear-and-tear.
I like it too: The system to be continuously feeded by Oil would be very complicated/a bit expensive, but at the end, it would make you save energy (the energy consumed by the machine would be smaller than the energy saved by usage of Oiling), save component and make machine running faster, but you would have to find a way of producing Oil, so using a lot of Gas/BC-Oil, what could create amazing Oil-Company! (Please, do not affect the environment with that Oil on sea).dont forget the process of "Fractional Distillation".

Yeah, it says it's looking at an unsupported version of IC2.
You are using 1.97 IC2 and transformers has not been updated yet (the addon is still on 1.95). Fun fact: I'm still using 1.95, I'll only update if the IC2 updates to 2.0.
