Currently, the quantum chestplate gives standard protection given by other quantum pieces plus prevents you from being set on fire.

Care to read the changelog. Battery and upgrade slots now only accept whatever can they take - obviously batteries and upgrades!
(I had to do something to stop the upgrade slots from being used as a macerator queue)

Could be it failing to hide a message that is initially hidden, Opera Mini on my phone does so for the feedback pop-up. In fact I'm kinda puzzled since Apple's is the BEST mobile browser I've ever seen.

Need the full error...

I feel bad for you, it's that wrenching is handled by the exact part that Forge broke.
-
I saw the forum's front page and was like what?! I checked I wasn't inside the IC2 section, and after that noticed the forum's been reorganized.
Thoughts about the new design? I like the fact it makes the IC1 stuff deeper to prevent necroposters.

MCEdit yes.
(The world format was changed at the same time MCEdit's author dropped it, so you need an unofficial build)

Delete RedPower's configuration file to let it generate its own IDs.
Avoid ID Resolver, it breaks mods most of the time.

Is it just blocks that are uncraftable? Try upgrading Forge to 64, the block ID config bug could be related in one way or another.
-
Which Forge version? If it's 56 or below, upgrade to the latest one.
-
It turned out to be a Forge bug. Please update Forge to 62 or later.

That's a VERY nasty crash. Try installing the mods one by one to see who's causing the error. If it's IC2, try disabling sounds in the config.

Found it through Kurt and honestly... nothing to say

Try destroying the furnace with a pickaxe (sorry), replacing it and see what happens

Minecraft updates have been messing up jetpacks step-by-step, they're near unusable on SMP when you have more than one player now.
-
Fixed.
See how can forgetting about a simple return true really mess stuff up?
-
I've had a few people report on that... What Forge version? Using SDK's ModLoaderMP?

That error is a bug within the server's GUI that can be ignored.
Time changes happen when the server is too slow to keep up with the world, but talking on that and the lag you're having, it's usually not a wise idea to run a server and a client on the same computer unless you have a pretty decent computer.

Out of luck, there's no mcnostalgia for servers...
