Do you use the latest NEI? You know the one which is crashing the IC²-Beta, when mistaqurs fixes are not applied.
Umm... If NEI is already included in the mod, I need to install another NEI? That's strange.

You could do it like so, but maybe it's better if you try to breed at least as many cells as you use in a cycle.
This breeder doesn't work with uranium cells, but I think this could be nice with thorium cells (1248 cells recharged? (thorium lives 5 times longer)).
It would be nice if the gregtech's nuclear reactor components could be used with the planner.Quote-No mods other than IC2.
