No buildcraft handles extraction within the pipe code it self... and input is handled by stackutil in BC core

Well, the only reason I tried was because BC pumps do not 'vent' into buckets directly (or at least, not doing so for me), so I was trying to find an alternative collection method to collecting Oil for burnable fuel...
But yes, interesting bug to say the least... lol

Don't waste your time, we can handle this properly without special pipes from the IC2-side.
Hence my original statement about there being code in IC2 to handle blocks in Buildcraft. =P
