Is the Electrolyzer working in 2.3.253?
I made an electrolyzer. I tried to put both water and distilled water into it; I could find no way. Any suggestions? Is it not active, or am I missing something?

You have to replace a tank on top of and below it for the outputs to go into, but you should be able to insert water from any of the other sides. Or you can always shift-right click with a cell of water if you wanted to.

I tried the shift-rclick, it didn't work. Is there a tank in vanilla IC2? I'm only using IC2 + JEI, no other mods.
EDIT: There ARE tanks, and they seem to work just how you say. Thanks!

ok, how do I get energy back out of the thing? It seems to be only storing.
I have an MFSU with the electrolyzer right next to it, a tank above and below. It will make Hydrogen and Oxygen fine, but doesn't seem to change it back. I even let the MFSU run to 0.

Well it was changed to produce hydrogen and oxygen instead of electrolysed water cells, but hydrogen and oxygen don't have any uses yet, so it's kind of useless at the moment.
