4 ICE CASUC Reactors producing 554 EU/t each. Total output of 2216EU/t. Massive Battery to maintain constant output. Smallest cooling system possible(go a ounce lower and boom!).
What do you think?

I think that's a lot of power loss going through them HV cables.
The power is going almost directly to MFS Units from the looks of things, so from there you can use glass fibre (which can take multiple 512 packets at one time) to you other storage units.
Very nice, though, well done.
I havent noticed much power loss yet. Worse, it seems, that without a MFSU or a Transformer i cant seem to get the power to the batter, so i had to couple some MFSUs in between, but when they are full instead of discharging, they just blow up. Im trying out different ways to get all of the power to the battery without losing to much on Transformers. Any ideas?
Can you upload your save and tell us what mods you're using?
Im currently using IC2, MultiPageChest, Advanced Machines and RP2.
I cant upload a save, cuz this is built on my server, you could however join the server, just shoot me a PM for the details.

err... huh? SMP worlds can easily be loaded in Single player fine. I did such last Friday trying to locate and odd save corruption issue on my server.
You just start with an empty inventory is all. (this doesn't affect any player's inventories)
Im merely just too lazy to get it off my linux root into my linux vm and then into windows, its a bit time intensive and since there are a couple people playing on it once in a while i dont want to take the server offline.
I look into recreating a larger version in a offline world.

heh. tottally understand the lazyness
though I think these commands will work:
save-off
save-all
<insert tarball making here>
save-on
i've got a backup script that does that on a daily basis. (script is called from /etc/cron.daily and injects the commands into the server session via screen)
I wonder when happens when you run out of water cells to turn into ice..... Wait, do you have pumps? MOTHER OF MILK!!!!!!
Its not using water cells, i use Snow Golems to turn snowballs into ice using singularity compressors.
The Plant you see was blown up by the meltdown of "Breeder 5", which my friend built. It went up this morning taking most of the other breeders with it and destroying anything in a radius of about 3000Blocks.
The Server crashed and seems to be bugged, have to make a new one sometime.
Version 2.0 coming along quite nicely. Ill be hosting a Stream with some live building going on: http://livestream.com/powertampa
I've noticed a few people using snow golems for harvesting snow. I tried this a little while ago using a block breaker but I don't get snowballs or anything from it. Any suggestions?
Deployer with shovel? Though I honestly think they're using some kind of BC addon to collect the snow.
Put the block breaker below the golem. The golem puts snow on the block breaker and the block breaker collects it. Works for me with 2.5 snowballs per second per golem. You can easily expand it and easily go above 20 snowballs per second at pretty low costs and it will still be really compact. Iam gonna feed my recyclers with snowballs instead of cobble XD
