Regarding the breeder reactor. If i place 1 uranium cell surrounded by 4 isotop cells, the uranium cell should pulse 5 times/second. Now is the question: Does EACH of the Isotop cell get 5 pulses or does every cell just get the pulse corresponding to it? so 1 or 5 pulses for the reload cycle?

Isotope cells always get 1 pulse per surrounding uranium cell.
Yes, the uranium cell will pulse 5 times... one time into energy, then one time towards each isotope cell.

why the batbox doesn´t explode ? and why ouput the LV transformator 128 EU/t, i think it should output 32 EU/t.
EDIT: i measured the power on the gold cable on the left, not on the HV cable
because the LV tranformer sends 128 eu/t but in 4 packs, means the Batbox can accept it and wont blow. That why you measure 128 eu/t its in realitly 4 blocks a 32 and not 1 block a 128.

The Reader accumulates ALL EU running through a cable within that timeframe. If you, f.e., send 10times 10EUt in a single frame, it will show up 100 EUt. But yet these are still only 10EUt packages = T1 voltage.

another question about outside cooling of a reactor, works ice too to cool it of or only air/water? and if it does what's the cooling points of one ice block?(outside)

I'll probably implement displaying the max. impulse energy which is actually responsible for blowing things up.

this sounds like a *really* stupid question to me, but...how do I get a reactor chamber? I can't find it in the TMI menus, and the wiki page for it is nonexistent. and I can't see the full recipe for the nuclear reactor itself, either.

Yes very stupid question! Considering it is mentioned that TMI is not supporting IC2 atm.. Furthermore it clearly shows that you have failed epicly to Read the entire release thread, and clearly need glasses

I've read that it shouldn't be used for bugtesting, but wasn't aware it was entirely incompatible. and yes, I missed the handy link down at the bottom of the release thread. =/
